The Staff
Dr. Robert Taylor, M.D., FACS, Plastic Surgeon, Aspire Medical Director
Dr. Taylor is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery to perform all cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgical procedures. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Science in 1986 and completed his postdoctoral general surgery training and residency at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, N.C. Dr. Taylor completed his Fellowship in craniofacial surgery at the International Craniofacial Institute in Dallas, TX, where he remained on the active staff until 1994.
Dr. Taylor founded Taylor Plastic Surgery Institute in Fayetteville, Arkansas on the principles of high-quality, ethical patient care and excellent surgical results. He currently serves as Aspire's Medical Director and personally performs patient consults on SmartLipo and cosmetic surgical procedures.
Patsy Duggan PA-C, CLT Patsy has worked as a PA-C in the Branson area for the past 15 years for some of the area's most respected physicians and surgeons. She has extensive experience in all aspects of surgery, and medicine, including Family Practice and Orthopedics. Her initial background in nursing has served her well in her dedication to providing superior patient care as Patsy is known for her caring and compassionate approach to providing medical care. A few years ago, her interests in Dermatology and general skin care led her to investigating the aesthetic side of medicine where she quickly discovered not only another passion of hers, but also a need in the Branson community for this service. After thorough planning and preparation, she opened the doors to Aspire Medical Spa in 2006 and has devoted her herself to providing the area with quality aesthetic services and the latest, most technologically advanced procedures for improving cosmetic outcomes.
Olga Berchenko, LE: Olga graduated from New Image School of Cosmetology in Branson, Missouri in 2007 and has received extensive hands-on medical Esthetician training at Aspire Medical Spa since the Fall of 2007. Prior to that, she studied Art and Culture in St. Petersburg, Russia where is achieved a Ph.D in Russian Folk Music and Choral Direction. She also performed in solo and group vocal acts for the Stavropoli International Touring Troupe based in Russia. In addition to being a valuable member of the Aspire team, Olga is also a full-time mother to her son Ivan.
Donna Roice, Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician: Donna has been working as a licensed Massage Therapist for over 6 years. She learned the art of massage therapy in Costa Rica from an Argentinian Licensed Massage Therapist. She earned her certification soon thereafter from Professional Massage Training Center in Springfield. Donna is certified to do Deep Tissue Massage, Raindrop Therapy, Reflexology, Sports Medicine Massage, Prenatal and pregnancy massage. As a licensed Esthetician, Donna uses her extensive experience to provide clients with therapeutic and relaxing treatment.
Janey DeWitt, Office Manager: Janey was a high school Special Education Teacher for 10 years. She enjoys working with people and tries to brighten each person's day she encounters.

Reservations
Please call Aspire or email us through our website to make your reservation. We do require a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We ask that you book your appointment in advance to ensure you receive preferred date, time and therapist for your services.
Confirmation
We will make a courtesy call to you 24 hours in advance of your reservation, reminding you of your appointment. We do ask, however, that you assume all responsibility for remembering your reservation.
Gratuities
In appreciation to our professional staff for outstanding services, a gratuity may be given at your discretion.
Referral Rewards
We are always grateful for your personal endorsements. To show our appreciation, you will receive a $50 gift certificate to use at your discretion each time you refer a friend or family member to Aspire MedSpa.
Children
Minors are welcome for treatments if accompanied by a parent or with a prior signed waiver. Childcare services are not provided. To ensure the absolute privacy and comfort of our guests, we ask that children not accompany you to a scheduled appointment.
MedSpa Gift Certificates
Aspire can help you create a memorable experience for someone special. Gift certificates may be purchased over the phone or at the spa. All gift certificates expire one year after date of purchase and are non-refundable.

OF NOTE
CANCELLATION POLICY - No Call/ No Show is a No, No! if you don’t call us and just don’t show up, the full amount will be charged for all services you reserved. Likewise, canceling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a full charge of all scheduled services. There is will be no charge for more than 24 hours notice of cancellation.
